We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.
Returns are free, and no restocking fees apply.

Yes. After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has been successfully received.


4. How do I process a return?

To request a return, please contact us by email at support@depsy.co.uk.
We will send you a free downloadable Royal Mail return label to print and use for your return.


5. Are there any product exclusions or restrictions?

No. All items we sell in our Florals, Wall Decor, and Decorative Objects collections are eligible for returns or exchanges within the 30-day window.
We do not offer final sale items.
