We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

– All items sold by Depsy are eligible for returns; we do not offer final sale items.
– We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
B. Return Process

We will provide a free downloadable Royal Mail return label along with detailed instructions.

Package your item securely and return it using the provided label.
Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
C. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:
– The item is defective or damaged
– You received the wrong item
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
D. Exchanges
