By placing an order through Depsy, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure transparency and a smooth, reliable return and refund experience. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.


A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

– Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– All items sold by Depsy are eligible for returns; we do not offer final sale items.
– We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.


B. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@depsy.co.uk.

  2. We will provide a free downloadable Royal Mail return label along with detailed instructions.

  3. Package your item securely and return it using the provided label.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


C. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

– The item is defective or damaged
– You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.


D. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

– Damaged items
– Incorrect items
– Faulty products

E. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.


F. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

– Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
