This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom. By shopping with Depsy, you agree to the terms outlined below.


A. Shipping Costs

– We offer free return shipping, but standard outbound shipping rates apply at checkout.
– All eligible returns include a free downloadable return label.


B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before dispatch.
Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday) via Royal Mail.


C. Delivery Terms

– All orders are shipped exclusively using Royal Mail for fast and reliable delivery.
– Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


D. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@depsy.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.


E. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

– If possible, refuse the delivery and notify us right away.
– If you have already accepted the parcel, contact us at support@depsy.co.uk with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


G. International Orders

At this time, Depsy only ships within the United Kingdom.


H. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
